Even though you may have asked just a simple question or requested my questionnaire, I have found that it saves a lot of time if I just send you a lot of information up front instead of waiting for you to ask another question.

Hopefully the information you find on this web site and on www.alaskankleekai.com will answer most of your questions, and perhaps even answer some that you have not thought of yet.  After you read ALL of the locations you will be directed to,  if you still have questions you should place them on the questionnaire and I will then give them my individual attention.  

I respond to about 30 to 50 NEW people each and every week, and I respond in detail ---- so my time is perhaps more limited than another breeder who has fewer people contacting them. If you need more rapid replies than I am able to provide, then it might be better for you to contact some other breeders.  I do try to respond within 5 - 7 days, but sometimes am just not able to meet that schedule.  If you have been waiting more than 7 days for a response to your questionnaire, please do send a second request as the first one may be lost in Cyberspace.

In one day I got telephone calls on my answering machine from Australia, England, New Zealand, Hawaii, Canada, and North Dakota -- and they all requested that I call them right back--- I do not wish to play favorites on who I will call back and who I won't call back, so I can no longer return long distance telephone calls and I request that you do not call me UNTIL you have completed the process to be on the Waiting List.

I ask this due to my own lack of self control -- when I start talking about the Alaskan Klee Kai I just don't know how to stop, so telephone calls are very time consuming for me.  I have found the e-mails, and the web sites, will be just as informational and will allow me to "talk" to many more people.

I ask that you go to http://www.alaskankleekai.com/ which is my main Web site and read all the data there, which will answer a lot of your questions. The next step is for you to read all of the pages that I will be referring you to at the bottom of this message.  Then you can complete and return the QUESTIONNAIRE.

Please place your individual questions that were not already answered on the questionnaire, and I will give them my personal attention. Please do send the questionnaire FROM the address that you want me to respond TO as when I respond it goes back to the sender from whence it came. 

I will  review the questionnaire and advise if you are an acceptable owner for my requirements.  I will make comments and answer the questions on your questionnaire, and if you are approved as a potential owner of one of my babies, I will then send you a sample sale contract so you can study it and see if I am the kind of person that is acceptable to you and that you would like to work with.

 When puppies are old enough to have started to develop their personalities, I  post them on the pre-approved home page so you can review them and send your request more rapidly.

 If you state that you want a particular puppy, and a suitable placement is not made with someone who had requested the same puppy before you did, then we make arrangements for the appropriate method of getting that baby into your arms. My object is to get the right pup in the right arms and hopefully we can make arrangements so the transition can be done with as little trauma to the pup (and to you and me) as possible.
