December 4, 2001.  Sire: Champion Toy Boy of Peyton, Dam: Champion La Femme Nakita

Bred by Ken and Gail Compton while our Toy Boy was visiting with them.

It is customary for an Alaskan Klee Kai to choose one person in the household that is their favorite friend, and Tia has chosen Greg as her own.  She does not care if I am around or not, but if he leaves the house she worries the whole time he is gone.  

This is the Standard size (Eklutna) and the Toy Size (Tianna)

This is another picture of Shalimar's Tianna v. Alasco --   Tia is our personal reward for entrusting our Toy Boy of Peyton to share quarters with Gail and Kenny Compton's  La Femme Nakita.  Tia is absolutely Greg's dog and Greg is her human.  She doesn't care if I am around or not, but if he leaves the house she worries all the time he is gone.  At this time we are in the process of breeding her, so in about 2 months she should have her first litter.  We have bred her twice now, and each time right after we remove the male from the house, she runs and jumps up on the couch and rearranges THIS pillow (no other will do), and then she lays on the pillow for about half an hour and appears to be looking over her kingdom.  What a little princess she is.
